SLTC Flex — Privacy Policy

SLTC Flex is a private scheduling tool for members of the Sutter Lawn Tennis Club flex tennis league. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and mobile phone number, as provided to the league.
The availability and blackout dates you enter, and the state of your league matches.
Your conversations with the Concierge assistant, which we store so you can pick up where you left off and so we can improve the tool.

How we use it

To email you a one-time code that confirms it's really you when you sign in.
To notify you — by SMS and email — about your own matches: proposed times, confirmations, court assignments, and reminders.
To show your availability to opponents in your flight so matches can be scheduled.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or other personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use a small set of service providers only to operate the tool: hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), text-message delivery (Twilio), and an AI assistant (Anthropic) that reads your league information — availability, blackout dates, matches, and standings — to help you schedule. The AI never sees skill ratings. These providers process data solely to run SLTC Flex on our behalf.
