SLTC Flex — SMS Notifications & Opt-In
Last updated August 24, 2026
SLTC Flex is a private scheduling tool for members of the Sutter Lawn Tennis Club flex tennis league. This page describes the SMS messaging program and exactly how members consent to receive texts.
How members opt in (the full flow)
- A person is a registered member of the Sutter Lawn tennis league and provides their own mobile number to the league organizer when they join.
- To use the scheduling app, the member goes to sltcflex.com/plan, selects their name, and enters a one-time code emailed to the address on file — confirming it's really them.
- On that same sign-in screen, before continuing, the member sees this notice verbatim:
“By signing in you'll get texts and emails about your own matches — proposed times, confirmations, and reminders. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; message & data rates may apply.”
- Consent is active and not pre-checked: no one receives a text until they have signed in and seen that notice. A member who never signs in is never texted.
What we send
- Notifications about the member's own league matches only: a proposed time, a confirmation, a court assignment, and reminders.
- This is not a marketing program. We never send promotions or share numbers.
